We do not own the properties listed on our platform. Investors become the legal owners of the properties purchased through our Services.

3. User Responsibilities

For Sellers/Property Listers:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information about the property you list on Coroof.in.
  • You grant Coroof.in the right to review, verify, and evaluate your property for potential investment opportunities.
  • You agree not to list properties that are illegal, fraudulent, or violate any applicable laws.

For Investors:

  • You acknowledge that real estate investments carry risks, and Coroof.in does not guarantee profits or returns.
  • You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before investing in any property.
  • You agree to pay the agreed-upon commission to Coroof.in for our services.

4. Commission and Fees

  • Coroof.in charges a commission for facilitating the purchase of properties on behalf of investors. The commission amount will be disclosed and agreed upon before any transaction is finalized.
  • All fees and commissions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Property Listings and Reviews

  • Coroof.in reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any property listing at its sole discretion.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any property listing.
  • Coroof.in is not responsible for any disputes or issues arising between sellers and investors.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Coroof.in acts as an intermediary and is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from:
    • The quality, condition, or legality of listed properties.
    • Transactions between sellers and investors.
    • Any third-party actions or omissions.
  • Coroof.in is not responsible for any delays, errors, or interruptions in the Services caused by factors beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on Coroof.in are the property of Coroof.in or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from Coroof.in without prior written permission.

8. Privacy Policy
